According to leaks from Mouse, Emilie will be the only new 5-star character in Version 4.8, setting the stage for exciting rerun banners. Sumeru's renowned dancer, Nilou, could grace players with a banner in Phase 1, alongside Navia, the president of Fontaine's Spina di Rosula. Phase 2 might see the return of Liyue's mysterious special intelligence officer, Yelan.
